I am
a person with creative energy encoded in my genes. Although I am interested in almost everything in the visual arts, I reserve most of my work for painting. I focus on the human being and their physical, emotional-spiritual, and socio-cultural dimensions. Through an analytical yet immaterial gaze, I depict the world around me imitatively but not entirely faithful to reality. The precision and attention to every detail give my work a somewhat realistic visual character, sometimes broken by a touch of surrealism. A huge emotional charge awaits discovery in my seemingly static images, frozen in stillness, moments, and gestures. I try to freeze the moment and hold it for a while with my painting.
